LocalMedSpaDeals (“we”, “us”) is operated by Kraizberg Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This site presents limited-time promotional offers on behalf of independent, licensed medical spas (each, the “Clinic”) and lets you book an appointment and secure it with a deposit. By using this site or submitting a form you agree to these terms.

Offers

Promotional prices are valid while available, may be limited in quantity, and apply to the treatment described on the page. The regular price, promotional price, and deposit amount are shown on each offer page before you pay. Treatments are provided by the Clinic, not by us.

Deposits and refunds

The booking deposit shown at checkout is the only amount we charge; it reserves your appointment and is applied as a credit toward the treatment price when you visit the Clinic. Every appointment begins with a free consultation. If after the consultation you decide not to proceed with the treatment, or the Clinic determines you are not a candidate, your deposit is refunded in full. To request a refund, email support@localmedspadeals.com with the name and phone number used at booking. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Deposits for missed appointments that were not rescheduled or cancelled in advance may be retained, as stated on the offer page.

Appointments are provided by the Clinic, subject to its availability and policies. To reschedule or cancel, use the contact details in your confirmation or contact the Clinic directly.
